Provider Compliance and Education Specialist
Montana Health Systems is seeking an experienced Provider Compliance and Education Specialist to educate network providers regarding their responsibilities as MCO providers and to act as the primary liaison in resolving issues that involve network providers and clients, as well as ensuring compliance with client contracts. Duties will primarily include provider education and counseling, development of corrective action plans, identification of territories with access issues, analysis of provider performance data, and some contract negotiation.
The successful candidate should possess expertise with workers compensation and managed care regulations, excellent negotiation and conflict management skills, advanced computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft and the ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple changing priorities.
